04.What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

We offer highly flexible MOQs to support different business scales: 1. In-stock Items: For standard OE parts with active inventory, the MOQ can be as low as 5 to 10 pcs to assist small-to-medium distributors and trial orders. 2. Customized Items: For OEM runs or custom orders that require active production scheduling, the MOQ is generally 50 to 100 pcs depending on the specific product category. Please send us your OE reference list, and our sales team will propose the most flexible solution

05. What is your standard lead time for production and delivery?

1. Stock Items: If the products are in stock, they can be packed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after payment confirmation. 2. Bulk Production: Our standard manufacturing lead time is approximately 25 to 45 days, depending on the order quantity and product complexity. We provide weekly production status reports with photos and videos to keep you fully informed.

06. Do you offer a warranty on your products? How do you handle defects?

We stand firmly behind our products: 1. We offer a 12-month or 30,000 km quality warranty (whichever comes first) under normal installation and operating conditions. 2. Defect Resolution: If you receive any items with manufacturing issues or transport damage, please provide photos or videos within a reasonable timeframe. Once verified by our engineering team, we will provide a free replacement in your next shipment, issue a refund, or apply a credit note to guarantee a risk-free partnership.
